Mr. Fazlul Haque Shaheen is a retired Major of Bangladesh Armed Forces. He was commissioned in the Corps of Engineers on 12 June 1997 and voluntary retired on 16 October 2015. His 18 years of service career had fine blend of Command and Staff appointments. He has Commanded 2x Field units as Officer Commanding of Engineering Battalions. In staff appointments, he served as General Staff Officer Grade-Il (Coordination) of Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), administrative and logistic officer of 3x Engineering Battalions.

He has been involved in implementing and providing technical support and advice to various National level Engineering projects Fly Over, Hatir Jeel Project, EIA on Inland Water Transportation Project, Road Construction including Pilot Cut of 37 KM long Alicadam- Thanchi Hill tract Road Projects, good governance in conducting two national and upazilla election and the team leader various national level crisis management, _ institutional development like Preparation of National Identification Card and public administration programs Jamuna Multipurpose Bridge Authority, in post conflict countries with specific United Ntions experience in Ivory Coast as operations officer of Bangladesh Engineer Company (BANENGR-6).

In his eventful professional career, he had undergone number of courses both at home and abroad. He has completed Master in Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering (Environment) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Bachelor in Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) and Bachelor degree (BSc) from National University of Bangladesh. He has also completed executive masters on Business Administration from American International University of Bangladesh (AIUB). Besides he as attended numerous Seminars, Conferences and Workshops at home and abroad.

After retirement, he has been involved in all aspects of real estate, property design, development and construction, hospitality, and investment management businesses and worked as a CEO, VP, Executive Director and managed both company operations and projects in Real Estate & Property Companies, RMG Companies and Investment Management Companies. Mr. Shaheen is an entrepreneur and a visionary leader. He is the Managing Director of NASHA Associates Consulting Ltd registered in Bangladesh and the founding Director of Fazlul Haque Investment Corp. (Pty) Ltd registered in South Africa. He is engaged in the business of providing management consultancy, merger and acquisition advisory services, corporate finance, business and financial consulting, professional services, debt and equity raising and other related services with IMCI Group International Ltd registered in UK as principal partner and Pantheon Partners, LLC registered in USA as Senior Director in Bangladesh.
