Bikash Mandal is an entrepreneur and a creative leader. He has over 18 years of leadership experience in different industries.

He has been involved in implementing and providing technical support and advice to various National level Engineering projects Fly Over, Hatir Jeel Project, EIA on Inland Water Transportation Project, Road Construction including Pilot Cut of 37 KM long Alicadam- Thanchi Hill tract Road Projects, good governance in conducting two national and upazilla election and the team leader various national level crisis management, _ institutional development like Preparation of National Identification Card and public administration programs Jamuna Multipurpose Bridge Authority, in post conflict countries with specific United Ntions experience in Ivory Coast as operations officer of Bangladesh Engineer Company (BANENGR-6).

In USA, he was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Enki Systems- an US based IT Company providing solutions to 100+ top US Universities for managing student systems. He has been a Senior Administrator
and Director in Texas A&M University. His notable contributions in Construction project include a half a Billion Dollar “Kyle Field Stadium Reconstruction Project” in Texas A&M University campus. He has a number of publications in computer science and journals in Bangladesh and abroad.

In recent years, he has been utilizing advanced instruments in big data, business intelligence and analytics in decision making process and managing diversified technology, construction and infrastructure projects.

He loves music and sports. He is married and a father of one son.
